SCHOLASTIC Book Fair this week in the library
Open for students and families to come browse and purchase from:
Tuesday 8th Nov 8.30 – 9.00am and 3.00 – 5.00pm
Weds 9th Nov 8.30 – 9.00am
Thursday 10th Nov 8.30 – 9.00am
Friday 11th Nov 8.30 – 10.30am
· A great opportunity to purchase books for Christmas
· For each book purchased Scholastic will donate one book of equal value to Lutheran Community Care for their Christmas Hamper Appeal
VALUING SAFE COMMUNITIES - VOLUNTEER TRAINING SESSION
· Wednesday 9th November at 2.30pm or at 6.30pm - in the staffroom
· By attending this training and providing a NPC your name will be added to our list of registered volunteers
· This is required training if you would like to attend an excursion or help with various activities at Immanuel
WORSHIP AND PRAISE on Friday 11th November at 9am is led by Mr Davies - "Remembrance Day"
PIE NIGHT – Parent Information Evening
Friday 25th November starting at 6.30pm the P&F will be hosting a ‘PIE' Night at Immanuel!
The evening will include:
· Dinner (supplied)
· Crèche
· Feedback from the two surveys that were conducted this year
· Information about Immanuel’s newly developed strategic plan
· Information about Immanuel’s newly developed marketing plan
· Information about 2017
This is an event for the whole school community to socialise and to hear about future plans for our school. A separate note with an RSVP will be sent home later this week.
SECOND HAND UNIFORM STALL
- Open every Monday 8.30-9.15am, Tuesday 3-4pm Friday 3-4pm
· If you have some outgrown, good quality uniform items you would like to sell please bring them to school. Please download the attached form to complete and attach to each garment.
· Located in the store room adjacent to the Junior Primary courtyard area.
