Monday Whole School Update

Whole school reminders/updates

 

·     Semester 1 reports for each student will be sent home to families on Thursday 30th June via each student in a sealed labelled envelope.  Children working from PLP’s will have that report enclosed also.    These reports are not to be opened at school. 

 

·         Please ensure you have booked a Parent / Teacher interview time for Monday 4th July 2016.  The report will be discussed during this interview.  If you haven't yet booked a time please log onto  www.schoolinterviews.com.au and enter the code ASEJB and follow the prompts.  If you need help booking a time, please see Jenny in the office.   

 

·         A reminder that the last day of Term 2  is Friday the 1st of July.  Students are dismissed at 3.30pm as normal.  Staff have a PD week during the week of the 4th of July to 8th July.  Term 3 returns Monday 25th July.   

 

·         Janine Panagiotou will lead us at Worship and Praise on Friday 1st July. 

 

·         We will farewell Graham Buxton and Megan Green on Friday 1st July and wish Angie Eckermann best wishes as she takes off term 3 with long service leave.   

 

·         Please return any Library books or readers to school promptly this week, so that a stocktake can be actioned. 

 

·         Bring your 10 cent cans and bottles to school this week and place in the trailer near the Daly Street entrance gate.  Our P&F are fundraising by cashing in your recycling. 

 

·         Thank you to all those who attended or contributed to the Cabaret and Art Exhibition last week.   It was a fantastic evening.  Well done to our performers and artists!  Thank you to P&F Group for the raffle and Carers Group for the desserts.

 

·         Help is still needed at the School Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser @ Bunnings – Saturday the 2nd of July.  Help is needed between 1-4pm with cooking and serving.  Please log onto www.schoolinterviews.com.au and enter the code BRRX4 to schedule a time.
