Week 4

Week 4 is here and there is plenty happening in the Senior Unit.

This week sees us start a new Unit of Inquiry across the whole Unit. There will be more to come about this. We will be completing our current units tomorrow.

In Week 6 the Senior Unit will be attending a performance of Mekanikha at Endeavour College. This will be a great experience and opportunity to see some live theatre. Information about the excursion will be coming out next week.

Reading is still a constant through our school week. Every morning Monday to Thursday we read for the first 20 minutes of the day. Our goal is to have every child read aloud every week. It is important practice for all students as they continue to develop their reading skills. The dream is for every child to read aloud everyday but we are building to this. If you are able to help with listening to reading come along and join us.
