Welcome back to another week at school. Always good to have you back and here are the notes for this week.
- Year 7's have NAPLAN this week over the next 3 days. Good luck to them all.
- Be punctual to school. School starts at 8.55 with 9.00 lessons beginning. Please be here so your learning can continue.
- Uniform reminder. Change over period ends at the close of the week as we move towards winter uniform. A reminder about earrings and necklaces to make sure you are wearing the correct jewellery.
Straight from the uniform policy
Jewellery
One pair only of plain studs or sleepers (plain gold or silver) are to be worn.
Sparkles and extra ‘bling’ effects are not acceptable.
Necklace may be plain chain and cross.
A watch may be worn.
No rings.
No makeup or nail polish is to be worn
- Breakfast club Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon.
- Lastly no Spelling this week with NAPLAN being on.
Whole school reminders/updates
· We wish all of our students in Years 3/5/7 all the best for their NAPLAN tests
· P and F this Thursday night at 7.00pm in the staff room – all welcome
· Every blessing to our Yr 4s who are on camp this Wednesday/Thursday/Friday at Woodhouse
· The "Quality Schools Survey" email (from surveys@radii.org) will be sent to parents this week - please respond accordingly
· Don’t forget the ‘walk to school’ day on Friday the 20th May
· Don't forget the Parent Kitchen Cooking session on Friday 20th May at 9.30am
· Kitchen / Garden SAKG- we need to make some pickles/chutney/jam/pesto

· The next Volunteer Training will be held on the 25th May at 2.30pm and 6.30pm
· Don’t forget that you are welcome/encouraged to come into class and listen to children read for the first 20 minutes of each day
· Subway lunches every Friday this term - orders must be in at the classroom/office by Wednesday 3.30pm
· Please don’t park in the disabled car parks (unless you are ‘authorised’ to) – we have a number of school family members who need to be able to access the two parks we have
